Volunteer

The mission of the Youth Volunteer Program is to help the youth of Nashville develop professionally and socially while adding to the functionality of Adventure Science Center. Youth volunteers must be fifteen years of age and entering the ninth grade. This program is tiered and youth can rise from being a customer service volunteer to a team leadership position and more specialized areas of volunteering based on experience.

This program is currently full.

Youth Volunteer positions include:

• Public Programs Presenter
• Greeter/Exit Interviewer
• Birthday party Volunteer
• Exhibit Interpreter
• Special Event Volunteer
• Administrative Volunteer

To apply:

1. Print and complete a Youth Application Form, and mail or fax to Adventure Science Center.
2. Have two non-related adults download, fill out and mail a Recommendation Form. These forms cannot be completed online.
