    For more than twenty years, Whistlestop has become one of the most popular annual events at the Science Center and a tradition for many families and train enthusiasts. All kinds of model trains, from tiny, intricate models to large-scale, will be highlighted. Local train club members and other collectors will share their knowledge and love of trains.

  • BodyQuest Challenge

    10:00 am - 3:00 pm. On your mark, get set, go! Strap on your running shoes and head out to the Fifth Annual BodyQuest Challenge. Participate in a one-mile BodyQuest Fun Run and come to the center to learn all about the body.
